Who we are
This website promotes the Private Executive Transformation, a private coaching engagement delivered by Cameron Whitters. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Whitters Pty Ltd, trading as CSW Fitness (ABN 76 668 892 108). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Application details. When you apply, we collect what you enter in the application form: your name, email, phone number, role and business, your goals, your schedule and lifestyle, and answers about your health, training and nutrition.
- Health information. Some answers are health information, which the law treats as sensitive. We only collect it with your consent, which you give by submitting the application, and only to assess whether we can help you and to plan your coaching.
- How you found us. If you allow advertising cookies, we record where your visit came from (for example the campaign or advertisement), so we know which marketing works.
- Website usage. Basic technical information such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it.
- To deliver and manage your coaching if you become a client.
- To understand and improve our website and marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. Your application answers and health information are never shared with advertising platforms.
Cookies and advertising
Advertising and tracking cookies, including the Meta Pixel, only run if you accept them. If you decline, the website and the application still work normally. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing cameron@cswfitness.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days.
